First of all I was not told that fare was in US dollars, I gave my billing address in Canada, she did not bother to tell me, that Fare is in US dollars.I asked her to cancel it with in a minute, and she refused to do it.I had an emergency afterwards and I asked them to change the dates, and the price they were telling was three times to alter the dates.

I called aurline directly and changed them at much lesser price.Their customer service is just horrible, They *** you off very badly, dont trust them

Monetary Loss: $1174.
