I work in the travel field and frankly, customer service is key.Their website has a issue where i cannot see the seats or assign myself one, fine, I'll give them a friendly call and sort this out, right?

Wrong!! one hour waiting for a rep and all she asks me for is my phone number "in case we get disconnected" i give it to her and before i can ask my questions - disconnected! Oh really? you can keep my on the line for an hour but when I get a person it disconnects!?

Now I am on hold again - 50 minutes later. That are not helpful and it is complete nonsense that they have 24/7 customer service.

This is why we all should use travel agents!Livid does not even describe my sentiments right now!

Monetary Loss: $1000.
