If you make a typo, they charge you to fix it....even if you call right away...although their site actually says you can cancel without penalty within 24 hours of making the booking...I will never use them again...calling the airlines directly (or booking online at the airline's site) gets you a cheaper price anyway -- FOR THE SAME FLIGHT.

After I booked, they sent me no tickets or boarding passes...I had to call the airline to ask them if I in fact had a booked flight with them.

They tack charges onto your credit card for things you have no idea you bought....like "traveler assistance plan" and "agency service fee". When you call customer service, they're all overseas and speak so fast you can't understand them.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Misleading policy regarding changes, Language spoken.
