I got a round trip ticket that cost me $1000-as you all heard all flights were cancelled since it was on Jan 24th from Charlotte to JFK-to Russia as a final destination. Since i got a notification on 23d that charlotte flight was cancelled-i was on the phone with multiple representatives from cheapoair.com from around 12pm of 23d up until now(from 9 am till 12 am each day) and it is 26th late evening right now.
They fu''ed up my ticket, sent me fake confirmation number saying they changed it to 28th, i called the airline to confirm that everything is fine-guess what?!
they didn't issue me a ticket-so if i didn't check with airline i would've came to airport-and they wouldn't let me on the plane.So if you call about any concern-they will put you on hold for hours, or they will transfer you to someone else(who will ask the same questions-name, phone number,billing address and phone) or they will simply hang up on you, then you call back and it will repeat.half of them pretty much told me its my bad-the flights got cancelled because of the weather-i should try to go to airport-and see what i can do there on my own and pay to exchange the ticket.i tried to explain also that i have to be there for two weeks as i originally booked(had multiple doctors appointments there)-but the answer was the same-sucks for you! And then they would put me on hold and the story repeats itself!so not only that i had to buy one ticket with my money to get to new york-since it was such a trouble-and purchased the trip protection plan for $50-nothing and no one will help you-so be prepared!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of cheapoair flight booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1200. Cheapoair needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
