Booked international flight,with set dates of tours scheduled. 2 day prior to departure got notice change of itinerary...have to leave a day early and at changing city stay overnight at your own expense. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Cheapoair as a service provider. At the airport I figured that last name was swapped with the first name for both my parents. A representative from JetBlue told me that she can fix names only for the first airline carrier, but we might stuck at another connection point with a different airline company. I have a return ticket from SFO to BLR using Lufthansa Airlines, while coming back same flight they have a flight from BLR to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Ontario and Ontario to SFO. Without noticing that I booked a ticket, they never intimated me and on the day of my return they have not even helped. Departing for my overseas trip, you sent me a canceled flight email advising me that my only option was a refund. I checked on my flight. It was not canceled. At great effort on my behalf, I correct the situation. Upon my return, you sent me another canceled flight email. At even greater effort and stress, I fixed the problem myself. On May 24,2014 from noon until approximately 10:00 PM I was on the phone obtaining a vacation package through CheapOair.com. The person that I was working with transferred me to two of his co-workers because he was having issues with his computer??? After my request was submitted I learned that my credit card was declined! I booked my ticket at $1783 for an urgent family matter and they after a few hours tell me that they cannot offer me that ticket. They asked me for $1925, since I had already wasted a few hours on a flight that is 3 days later, all other flight prices went up as well. I had to book the tickets with them but they advertise lower rates than other sites just to get customers. Reaching their customer care takes 30 minutes which added to the rate... Read more

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!The worst customer service on my life, Rude and impersonal employees would not apologize and make me feel terrible. Your ticket may be cheap, but even a carry-on costs $35 extra each way!!!! Gosh, they didn't state that in big print, so I missed and got hosed. By the time I paid for my daughter's carry-on as well, $140 was added to the cost of the flight. Take Southwest - they don't cheat you by adding fees for bags and everything else is equal. I booked something on skyscanner, and it went to cheapoair and was a different time than I had already suggested. I even had the browser up for the skyscanner page. They made me pay $50 bucks for cancelling even though it wasn't my fault. Also, called 100 times throughout the day to only hear busy signals.
