Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

Before purchasing a ticket from Turkish Airlines through Chep O' Air travel agency, I was waiting for US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) for a date for my Citizenship interview. Since I did not have the exact date for interview, I requested an open date for my return flight from Mumbai to San Francisco. The travel agency told me that Turkish Airlines does not offer open return ticket and I must have a return date. However, if I need to change the return date for US Citizenship interview, they promised that there will not be any extra charge. Based on this, I purchased a round trip ticket. However, before traveling, I received a letter from UCICS with an interview date of August 29, 2017. Unfortunately, Turkish Airlines charged me $490.00 extra to change the date and I had to spend additional money from my pocket in Istanbul.

Cheapoair - Frauds and thugs

They have charged twice my account i have book flight for 400 usd they charge the same amount but then again they charged me 1300 usd when i asked customer service they refused to charge any money then i complain in my bank and raise the issue after one one they accepted and refund

Cheapoair - Using a credit

I have spend so much money with this company and all they want is take advantage of you. I cancel a flight and they charged me a cancellation fee to give me some tipe of credit then when u was ready to use my credit they wanted me to charge another $150 dollars rebooking and I end up not being able to use my credit, after being in the phone for two hours on hold. Worst experience I ever had.

Cheapoair - Your Trip Mate Insurance is a Scam

Was made to feel buying ththe travel insurance (Trip Mate) was good for the military travelers. Do not get this rip off insurance. Even a letter from the Dept of the Navy verifying changes to her work is suffice. Look on consumer review sites. Unacceptable how the deny claims. This will make me not use CheapOAir until they use another insurance company.
