Nobody home.
There are many phone numbers on CheapOair and with 3 friends all calling,every call was either a wrong number or never connected. I booked CheapOair for a quick flight to Cambodia but I had a visa problem and had to cancel my flight.I could never get to a human and I will never book through them again and I tell you all, if you have a problem there is nothing but silence. They disappear.

My 90-year-old father made a mistake and booked the wrong dates and locations for a ticket for Christmas. I have now been online and on the phone with agents who are no help at all. You took advantage of an old man. His ticket should be $654, but you charged him $835.99 and now want an additional $165 to change it to where it should be.
This is wrong on every level. AA has the ticket for $654 for basic economy. I called the credit card company and found out Cheapo Air has double-billed the credit card. This is fraud!
For what you are charging, he could have flown first class. You should be ashamed of yourselves and be put out of business!

- Will double bill you or add additiaonl charges
- Do not speak english well

I spend over 33 minutes on a call with an agent and asked for a supervisor. The agent said "Sure I get one for you" and after 25 minutes, I was still on hold. Yall took advantage of an old man. His ticket should be 654$ but yall charged him $835.99 and now want an additional $165 to change it to where it should be.
This is wrong on every level. AA has the ticket for 654 for basic economy. For what you are charging he could have flown first class. Now, I was able to contact the VISA company and found out Cheapo air has charged my dad for 2 tickets for a total of 1652.00.
The charges have been frozen and I will continue to fight this scam company. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves and be put out of business!
Go directly to the airline for tickets. Much better to work with directly

We(my significant other & myself had to cancel our flight. Due to a Medical Subdural Hematoma, fractured nose, & concussion my significant other suffered from a fall.
We purchased a cancellation policy paid the premium. Tried to get an invoice of flight cancellation and $0 refund document to satisfy the insurance company so we can get our refund back was a nightmare. On 8-14-2024 we requested for the invoice. Spoke to 13 plus customer service personnel put on hold for a total of over 12 hours, 5 disconnection and as of 9-23-2024 we still got no invoice that the insurance company (Trip Mate) is requesting for us to send them in order to process our claim.
Thats the only holdup. CheapOair has terrible customer service!!! I could hardly understand their accents. I am pissed off.
Its the worst experience of customer service Ive experience in my entire life.
We are in our 70s Im a retire 32 yr in Social Worker and my Significant Other retired 28 from an Insurance Company. Terrible service.

Verified Buyer |I’m double paying for car rental
Booked a flight in July round trip with car rental Avis . My banked paid the whole amount to Cheapoair through my credit card but Avis took the car rental through my debit card I had to provide to put a deposit on the car rental.
This is not what I thought was going to happen. So if CheapOair should refund the car rental back to my bank , I would really appreciate that to happen.

You charge me $500 today to change a flight date I didn’t pay that much for the ticket. This is totally retarded.
I change my flight from November 1 to October 11. You charge me $500 to change the date so now my ticket is $1000 to go from Sarasota to Providence one way I go to Florida on a private jet for that this is totally retarded.
Unacceptable. Ill never use this company again

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We changed our flight for the return from Jacksonville back to Palm Springs from 4:33 PM to 7:45 AM on July 13 so we can get home sooner and get laundry done because we’re gonna be having a lot of dirty laundry when we go to Jacksonville from July 4 through the 13th

Customer service incompetent
First time to booked with them I thought I found a gem, they give me a best rate for multi city in Asia tour. but when I got issue about my flight they didnt help me the customer service didnt even bother to do something or atleast spend time over the phone to assist me.
Thank god the Asiana Airlines staff in JFK are very helpful and accommodating they are the one who help me find the solution.
I even let the ground steward talk to customer service of cheapoair but same thing the customer service is rude and just hang up and just say im sorry I cant help. NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE CHEAPOAIR

I would have submitted a zero reading but I was not sure if that would have registered anything, so the one star is a gift.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I strongly recommend avoiding EVER booking with this company and recommend spending whatever additional fees may be involved to avoid a terrible experience.
I booked a flight in November for a trip to Florida in April.
Days before the trip I received an email to select a seat on my Airline only to notice that the departure time had been pushed back over 9 hours and my arrival time in Florida was now after 1:30 in the morning (I was never notified of this even when adding car renal a week prior). Plans made to meet with people, check in to accommodations, Car Rental now useless as car rentals are not available for pickup after midnight, what a disaster!
I called CheapOair for assistance and got absolutely no help. They did not even know that the flight had been delayed. Because I had booked my car through CheapOair I was not able to alter the car rental for someone else to pick up.
Now my daughter will be waiting in the Airport for about 10 hours, I will arrive in the middle of the night with no ability to pick up a car that is already paid for and CheapOair has absolutely no assistance whatsoever to offer me. Good thing I didn't have plans to attend a wedding, funeral, court date or other important event as I would have been even more screwed.
Save yourself the stress, drama and disappointment and book elsewhere!!

After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. is nothing but whatever the price we quote.
This is disappointing if they don't want to do like that, they should change their policy, not sure why the claim if they can't fulfill. Pathetic experience.
Preferred solution: Would like to do them as stated in the policy, not to give lame reasons.

He would avoid all this by using a Travel Agent! Costs the same but you will get full service!
Perhaps he should not have been booking online himself if his age had something to do with the wrong dates he booked. many of these air fares now do not allow changes or refunds once they are ticketed.
If you were able to cancel and rebook for the correct dates that is why the price difference it could have been more expensive for the date he actually wanted and you may still have the pending charge for the first ticket and the new ticket cost but it will usually get refunded back with in a few days. I've had this happen and it all worked out.
