I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely damaging experience with CheapOair.
CheapOair booked my flights through an airline that canceled one of my connecting flights to my final destination without providing a real solution. Because of this cancellation, I was forced to rent a car and drive more than FIVE HOURS just to get home, at my own expense, due to their failure to rebook me properly.
What makes this situation even worse is that CheapOair then canceled the remainder of my return flights, leaving me stranded and uncertain about my ability to return on time.
This is not a minor inconvenience this situation is now putting my JOB at risk because I may not be able to return as scheduled.
Since then, I have contacted CheapOair multiple times. Every single time, I am told the same thing:
We will email the airline and get back to you.
These are empty promises. No resolution. No confirmed flights.
No accountability. Just delay after delay while my return date is only days away.
CheapOair acts as if they are powerless, even though they took my money, made the booking, and are responsible for this mess.
Their customer service does nothing except pass responsibility and waste time time I do NOT have.

I strongly advise anyone considering CheapOair to think twice. If something goes wrong and it often does you will be left alone to deal with the consequences.

I use this platform for the first time in my entire life to book a ticket. The price was exactly the same as on Priceline.
Unfortunately, I booked my ticket with this airline, a huge mistake of mine this evening. These people took out $727; now they are messing up with my ticket, saying that your ticket is booked by us safer. So you cannot do the seat selection on your own. If you want the selected seat, you have to pay $115 extra per flight.
This is so ridiculous.
I never had this kind of experience with Priceline. Never ever use this platform to book the ticket.

Hello, I booked earlier today and my e-ticket status is still showing as Pending.
My booking number is 9172**** and the airline confirmation code is QKKWPB.
My flight is today, Sep 8, 2025 at 8pm, from Fukuoka *** to Shanghai (PVG) on Juneyao Airlines, so I urgently need my ticket to be issued.
Cheap0Air send me an email saying I cancelled my flight which I didn't. I CANNOT miss my flight tonight cos I already paid.
Can you please confirm that my payment has been processed and issue my ticket right away so I can check in with the airline?

I am writing as I would like my refund for the whole trip. No one informed me at the time of booking that at my first start of the trip I needed to transfer to another airport, leaving me to miss my flight and having to pay out of pocket $300 for a hotel for two nights.
I missed the wedding I was supposed to be at. When I asked to change the return date additionally out of pocket, the price of the itinerary would be over $1,000, and I would like a refund for my trip as I will have to book my return with a new airline ticket due to charges that I have no control over. I got very ill at this first stop, and I need to get home. Please advise, as I am extremely upset with the lack of authority and communication.

Im extremely upset with how this company handled the situation. No only were they almost impossible to understand they also were extremely rude.
That wanted nothing to do with helping me get a rental car. I paid for. The rental company stated that they never received any money and it was all up to cheapo air. I was told there was no way of getting a refund and if I wanted another reservation for a car I would have to pay another 1,000+dollars.
I flew from California to Florida and was left without transportation with 2 small children.
o not book ANY type of travel arrangements with this company. I will be speaking with my lawyer as they have been no help since the 5th of June.

I never got the issue solved. I had to deal with Frontier airlines and got charged $300 for just adding a letter on one of the passenger in this reservation.
Never got a call back from any of the 2 agents taking my claim.
Right now I haven't received a confirmation code with last name correction. Too much money paid for poor service.
Just be more faster attending clients. No the agents fault. It was Frontier Airlines not picking up the agent's call.

Very Very Dissatisfied with service
It would take me 10 pages to list my experience with this terrible company. i have used this site many years back and had no problem.
I don't know what changed , but they certainly don't believe in good customer service anymore. I booked my flight in March for a June travel, and my experience was a nightmare. For 3 months and countless long holding phone calls with them telling me everything was ok when it was not!!! I finally contacted the airlines, and they straightened it out.
I had to pay more money for the seats I had already paid cheap o air for . Two days before my trip I contacted cheap o air to make sure it was all set, to be notified they said, that I had put the wrong birthdates with myself and my family members traveling with me. How ridiculous is that?. They made the mistake again.
I know the birthdates of my husband and children by heart!!! That was only one mistake they made out of so many. their solution was to cancel my reservation and rebook me, but at the current rate which was double of what I had already paid. I had had it, I said don't do anything , I contacted American Airlines, and they fixed everything.
I have cancer, and the stress they put me through gave me countless migraines and emotional stress. this trip is to see my new great grandbaby.
I don't know if I will be able to make the trip again, but it will definitely NOT be with cheap o air!!! EVER!!!

Name excuses, nothing was settled. Paid money for a bogus insurance policy and was never able to receive a policy the car rental place I rented a car on CheapOair also robbed me.
I purchased insurance for a car rental. I arrived at the rental place.
They would not let me use your insurance. I was unable to contact anyone for the policy number. Now I'm out of $280. I would like a refund.
Also, the car rental place ripped me off for another $800. Just shifty business.
