Just booked three tickets to Cabo for the sixth straight year using CheapOAir.We immediately noticed one last name had an extra letter added, we called within two minutes of booking and got the call center in India.

Extremely hard to understand. Explained situation and stated it states you have 24 hrs to make changes, no mention of $$ on their site. Was told by rep it would cost $75.00 to correct the spelling, since the tickets had already been printed. Really?

Tickets printed within three minutes? Asked to speak to manager who was also hard to understand, no satisfaction there either.

Finally they said we could lower it to $50 or cancel our flight for $75.00 per ticket.What a scam They did not care not were we treated in a respectful manner Totally unhappy with this whole experience nor did they care Shall never use them ever again.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No customer loyalty.
