91 year old mother in wheelchair fell as we got ready for airport. Got there late,missed flight.

Entire itinery was cancelled even know our return flight was a week away. and they forced us to pay another$2500 to get home. They resold our seats that we paid for and made triple return flight profit by making us pay for third time on same seat or be stranded in foreign country with a $2500 ticket that British Air refused to honor.

All customer support comes from Bombay with an agreement with British Air to cancel flights that are paid for. Total disregard for handicapped as momlanguished in pain and had to sit at Heathrow for 9 hours even know there was another BA flight at the same gate a few hours later

And how is this cheapoairs fault that the airline allowed your mom to site there, and BA would not accept her original ticket...I think I'm missing something here!
