CheapOAir double booked my card and will not fix the situation. I have to dispute it with my credit card.

Day of noticed double charge, they said it was a soft charge and it would be removed. Then it became a full charge. I called them to complain, they said the airline did it and they weren't open. They said they were only open from 9am-5pm.

I said what was the time zone there because it is 9:45am here. They said it it GMT. I said it is 2:30pm GMT. How can I call back if you cannot tell me when.

They said they didn't know.

I asked for the refund of the double charge. They stated the second charge wasn't listed in their system so they couldn't refund it.
