Hi im writing in response to trying to book a using a credit I have on my account. This is a trying time and everyone is trying to navigate through it however your business practices are horrible my flight was canceled through no fault of my own and given no other options then getting a credit for this flight.
Trying to use said credit was almost impossible and ended up even having to pay extra on a flight that clearly on your website is cheaper was told I had to choose the more expensive option because of the old flight that again was canceled on me. In a time where we are all trying to stretch every dollar this is sad and unfortunate!
I am highly disappointed I was also on the phone for ** minutes just trying to use this credit there has got to be another way. I am so disappointed but had no choice but to pay extra and use the credit because I needed to travel.
User's recommendation: Not use their services quick to take your money but not to reimburse you!
