It would take me 10 pages to list my experience with this terrible company. i have used this site many years back and had no problem.

I don't know what changed , but they certainly don't believe in good customer service anymore. I booked my flight in March for a June travel, and my experience was a nightmare. For 3 months and countless long holding phone calls with them telling me everything was ok when it was not!!! I finally contacted the airlines, and they straightened it out.

I had to pay more money for the seats I had already paid cheap o air for . Two days before my trip I contacted cheap o air to make sure it was all set, to be notified they said, that I had put the wrong birthdates with myself and my family members traveling with me. How ridiculous is that?. They made the mistake again.

I know the birthdates of my husband and children by heart!!! That was only one mistake they made out of so many. their solution was to cancel my reservation and rebook me, but at the current rate which was double of what I had already paid. I had had it, I said don't do anything , I contacted American Airlines, and they fixed everything.

I have cancer, and the stress they put me through gave me countless migraines and emotional stress. this trip is to see my new great grandbaby.

I don't know if I will be able to make the trip again, but it will definitely NOT be with cheap o air!!! EVER!!!

Your service sucks way below par. I'm pissed because of your unethical approach to customer service, the offer package advertised and change prices and bookings at the minute didn't sit well. On top of that removing the allotted accumulated point towards towards travel. In opinion the worst service and the only make mention of this establishment is you totally suck.
