There are many phone numbers on CheapOair and with 3 friends all calling,every call was either a wrong number or never connected. I booked CheapOair for a quick flight to Cambodia but I had a visa problem and had to cancel my flight.I could never get to a human and I will never book through them again and I tell you all, if you have a problem there is nothing but silence. They disappear.

Customer Service person Ray listened attentively and addressed my concerns. I was able to add protection to my trip in the case I need to change dates.
Ray was great!

He went over all the details of my upcoming flight to Japan, and he answered all of my questions. I feel much more at ease.

The Inadequate customer service/support!

We(my significant other & myself had to cancel our flight. Due to a Medical Subdural Hematoma, fractured nose, & concussion my significant other suffered from a fall.

We purchased a cancellation policy paid the premium. Tried to get an invoice of flight cancellation and $0 refund document to satisfy the insurance company so we can get our refund back was a nightmare. On 8-14-2024 we requested for the invoice. Spoke to 13 plus customer service personnel put on hold for a total of over 12 hours, 5 disconnection and as of 9-23-2024 we still got no invoice that the insurance company (Trip Mate) is requesting for us to send them in order to process our claim.

Thats the only holdup. CheapOair has terrible customer service!!! I could hardly understand their accents. I am pissed off.

Its the worst experience of customer service Ive experience in my entire life.

We are in our 70s Im a retire 32 yr in Social Worker and my Significant Other retired 28 from an Insurance Company. Terrible service.

Booking over 90 days, visa requirement, had to book a new return flight

People expect changes to flights purchased well in advance but we have never had a request to change dates.
Our past trip involved many emails for changes and we had a final request to change the return date. We accepted the date change, but we were not informed by Air Canada nor CheapOair that were now over the 90 days and would require a visa.
A visa cannot be acquired in the the limit of your date change and it is extremely poor customer service that your personnel did not pass on this information regarding over 90 days without a visa.

In addition the computer did not prompt a warning of being over 90 days before the acceptance button. Imagine a check in time the day before our flight leaves to find out we cannot check in because of the visa requirement
This is beyond reasonable or acceptable when you consider the ramifications to accommodations and car rental times.
We fully expect to be reimbursed for our purchase of a new return flight before being granted boarding passes.

How Good is CheapOair's Customer Service?

Your service sucks way below par. I'm pissed because of your unethical approach to customer service, the offer package advertised and change prices and bookings at the minute didn't sit well. On top of that removing the allotted accumulated point towards towards travel. In opinion the worst service and the only make mention of this establishment is you totally suck.
