I purchase the one ticket $496.30, including $2 for cheap air, from cheapoair, they charge me $ 2 for service and twice $494.30... i called the customer service they took more than a hour and very rough behavior and i asked for can talk to manager, he said OK let me transfer , he just hold me 20 min more ... and did not get manager just cutoff the phone , i called them again and ask for straight to billing department they took my 45 min and did not resolve the problem and again transfer me to customer service and holding again 10 minute, after that they trying to convince me 40 minute long why they holding money twice, i just ask them can i get refund they said they can't , i told should i go for this to police, they said as you wish, if you like you can go and complaint

I had the same thing happen to me, and the first thing you have to do is go to your bank and show them the double charge and then proceed to make a claim. A week and a half later I was able to get most of my money back from the second charge (I was 30 euros short and am going in next week to see why).

Calling them is no use. They get you next to nowhere and you're on the line with them forever.
