Everything on their website shouts "cheap" and it even states there are no cancellation fees, that you can cancel within 24 hours.But when we tried to cancel within 30 minutes of making airline reservations, we were told that there is a $50 cancellation fee, which is stated nowhere on the confirmation material they send you.

After nearly an hour and a half on the phone, they waived the fee. They pointed out that there are cancellation fees on the website. Yes, that's true, the last line on the very bottom of the page has a link to Post-Ticketing Fees. Tell me.

With all of the "cheap" advertising, who is going to look there?

By the way, going straight to the airline, we got tickets for nearly half Cheapoair's fare.I will never use this service again.

Thank God u understand.THIS IS A BIG SCAM FROM INDIA...THE AGENTS CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY.ALL AGENTS HAVE TARGET TO ACHIEVE BY OVER CHARGING ALL PASSENGERS

I WORKED THERE FOR 2 YEARS AND THEY PRESSURIZE YOU TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS.AGENTS CHARGE CUSTOMERS ANY AMOUNT AS THEIR SERVICE FEE.
