I booked my flight online and two minutes after booking I realized that I accidently set the wrong return date by 1 day. I called into to customer service and mind you I was speaking with someone who didn't have very good English, then I told him the issue he advised that it would cost a little bit more because of the day change and I was okay with that.

He told me the amount per person, in which it was kind of high but at that point I could only accept the additional amount or cancel. He advised that if I canceled I would be charge $50 per person. I told him I didn't want to cancel and to just make the change. After the call I logged into the account and looked at the booking transaction and saw a $200 change fee.

I called back into customer service to see if the fee could be waived since the change was made within a 10 minute time frame as a courtesy and I was advised that the fee could not be waive. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and I was transferred and transferred over and over again, then put on hold for 45 minutes until I finally hung up. The next day I went to the store and looked at my bank account and I was charged the total airline amount all over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$1300,00. I honestly hate this company and I will never use them again

SCAM !!!! SCAM FROM INDIA!!!

Booked with CHEAPOAIR or One travel, !!!!

Means that you have been "SCAMMED".

I USE TO Work for FAREPORTAL(OWNER OF CHEAPOAIR & ONETRAVEL)

They gave us training on How to SCAM AMERICANS.Trainers use to tell us that Americans are "Dumb"...Thanks to owner Sam Jain.

Airline tickets were hacked on Amadeus (Travel Software used by Travel Agents).

All this was NEW to me. We were pressurized to take out more money from Customer,sometimes CHEAPOAIR'S "SERVICE FEE" WAS Over $2000/ person,APART FROM TICKET AMOUNT. I SPENT ENDLESS HOURS AT WORK,EVEN ON DIWALI, CHRISTMAS,NEW YEAR. FOR WHAT???

JUST FOR SCAMMING AMERICAN AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS When we DIDNT SCAM THE Customer PROPERLY,WE WERE THREATENED THAT,WE WILL BE FIRED,TERMINATED AND ONE DAY ,THEY DID IT. SECURITY GUARDS CAME TO MY CUBICLE AND SHOUTED ME TO LEAVE... WHAT A SCAM CHEAPOAIR,ONETRAVEL MORE INFORMATION WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON ..
