Today I made a reservation for a r/t ticket & realized that I needed to come back a day early. I called the # given and was on hold for 20-30 minutes- the unanswered message reason: a "high level of customer calls".

Finally an Indian woman answered, the call was being answered from India) and she asked for my telephone # in case the call was "lost". The phone was "lost" and she did not call back.

I wrote to the chat room, sent e-mails and then tonight, redialed the contact #; after 45 minutes on hold, I gave up.

This site is bad news. Avoid!

Monetary Loss: $161.
