I booked a ticket on cheapoair a months ago, yes it was a good deal, nope they can find my name on the reservation, yes the transaction has been made, nope you can Change your name, nope non refundable, yes called the airline company for that, nope called cheapoair for that, play ping-pong for over a month, nope customer service: you have to buy an other ticket!!! , yes American express we put a dispute on that transaction, departure date For France on May 31, still waiting to get a YES to start to organize myself from my job and for my vacations!

Cheap ticket to sell, electronic failure, weird customer service, cost you to pay double?

yes frustrated and disappointed, My Father 91 years old count on me to come to visit him on that date! Still waiting...
