I booked a flight for my daughter and cheapoair was aware she was unaccompanied.The representative booked her for an evening flight for NWA. They charged my debit card with no problem.NWA told me that my daughter couldn't ride an evening flight so I called cheapoair to change the ticket cause it was their fault.The got me a daytime ticket and had to try to refund my debit card then tried to *** the money the same day. My card takes 2-3 days to credit refunds and clear. I called the next day to ask why my daughter's flight number was not changed and they said oh you don't have a ticket because your credit card was declined. WOW I was pissed. They said they refunded my money but i have not seen it yet.they took my money june 22nd. Cheap o air will not be recommended by me. I hope it doesn't take me 8 months to get a refund.

I'm sorry this happened and I do hope that your money will be refunded. They really need to take some responsibility for their actions. Hopefully others will be dissuaded by the recurrent theme of incompetence cheapOair seems to be known for.
