Great service on Refunded Flight,

I actually had a great experience with CheapOAir. I had booked a flight to visit my sister in Florence, Italy for spring break, March 2008. I had to cancel the flight and was returned $900 credit towards another flight. CheapoAir helped me book a multicity flight for August from SFO to Portland, Maine, and then back from Boston to Denver. I was only supposed to be able to use my $900 credit towards 1 flight, but I got $307 towards another still! Great customer service and professional manner. I was also very satisfied with my phone rep, Agnes. I know that her name may not really be Agnes, but she really helped me out a lot! Thanks CheapoAir.
