they double charged my credit card for 2 tickets instead of one so now i am hurting on money for the next two weeks because they wont be able to give me back the extra money they took off of my account until 7 to 14 business days....wtf i am traveling around and i dont have any money for food or anything because their system took forever to process my account transaction so they double charged me? what type of excuse is that? and they will only give me an additional 11 dollars which was the processing fee at the time....wow horrible service. 1278593

If a single, simple, double-charge on your credit card is "hurting" you financially...then you should NOT be "traveling around". 

This is your fault. All refunds take several days to process. Likely you did something to cause this to happen. Like double clicking a billing web page or something stup1d that people do.

Protest the extra charge with your CC company and they give you back the money right away
