Cheap O Air will charge you more not less!

Do not buy flight tickets from Cheap O Air. They do not have the cheapest fare. Their customer service does not provide good services. I have read numerous complains about this company after I got a deal with them, and the whole thing became a nightmare with their fraudulent charges to my account. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by not falling into the cheap advertisement from Cheap O Air. Do like most people do, do your research before you make a final decision. You will be happier and your travel plans will develop as you intended them to be!

Everytime we call you we have to leave a voice mail, our last contact to you was Feb .20 by our billings supervisor. You have service fees that cheapoair.com charges, from the original booking, and you added trip insurance for an additional 105.00 , you called back and canceled there are cancel fees,all the charges are accurate. We verified your credit card statement and the charges are all accounted for. When ever we try to call you, you are never available, speaking with our agents would be more proficient in your understanding of these fees. If the charges are not correct we would gladly refund them, but we have found no error in yours.    We have not heard back from you since our last correspondance of Feb .20.      tid-1794483  866-636-9088  cheapoair.com Report
