CHEAPOAIR are LIARS, CHEATER AND SCAMMERS. Their employess have no compassion, cant speak fluent ENGLISH and cant perform their jobs without errors. Here is our complaint: On Apr 21 we received word that my husbands dad passed away. On Apr 24 i found Cheapoair thru a web seach for airplane tickets. I opened the website. I bought tickets from Cheapoair in July 2015 bound for Turkey. March 29th the US State Department issued a warning, saying that US Citizens should not travel to Turkey unless they are required to. On top of that two bombs were set off in Istanbul in Jan, and about 100 tourists over all have been killed in 2016, it is simply not safe to travel there now. I had a horrible experience with this company, which is also known as Cheapoair.com. I highly recommend that you check reviews of these companies, and be prepared to go through disputing charges with them, and then with your credit card company. I have never seen such poor customer service, long hold times, and lack of standing behind their cancellation policies. The customer service staff seems to try to mislead you to keep the booking, and charge you additional fees. Stay away. Book directly through the airlines. It will be cheaper in the... Read more

After my date "magically" changed three times on their horrible app I call CheapOair..............horrible horrible customer service their so called "supervisor" sounded like she worked at on a toll free sex line! She giggled and flirted with my husband and when I got on the phone to confirm the correct dates she was rude and stated there is no way their computer system could change the dates that I obviously did something wrong! I first called Cheapoair mid March to book a flight. I needed to book a flight for my family of 7 from Asia to the US and back. I wanted to split the cost between two credit cards and was told I could only do this over the phone. Since I was calling from SE Asia, my connection was bad and I kept losing the call. On April 18, 2016, booked a flight to Europe and the entire conversation on the phone was referenced in Canadian Funds; no mention of US Funds. Despite having booked and cancelled on April 18, 2016 (THE SAME DAY and having an email stating as such, Cheapoair still processed the charge my credit card, which was posted on April 19, 2016. As per VISA, I cannot dispute the charge for 15 days which allows the merchant (Cheapoair) to credit the charges. VISA charges 2.5 % on Exchange Rate Transactions. Over the past 3 years I've booked with cheapoair despite their lack of customer service. Everyone reads from the script and not all employees are looking for the customer's best interest. Do your flight research and know your prices before calling them to book flights. Their ultimate goal is to charge a higher price and make a quick sale. I found them to be very devious and underhanded. They were to reimburse me $125 and that took months after they promised. But then double talked saying the company will be at a loss... really?!!! After booking, a change had to be accomplished to a reservation. It cost me over $300 to change the return date, which was over 2 months out, so it wasn't a last minute change. I expected a change charged but not $300. I will not use them any more which will at least affect them in the coming years by several thousand of dollars, and I will tell everyone I can at my University to not use them. I rented a toyota siena from chemo air, actually contracts through avis. The charge was $551.56. The rental was from 3-19-3-24 2016. The van was discovered to have a bald tire which went flat as we arrived at our beech mountain destination. It was extremely poor service. When we called several times, it is ongoing, They say they have contacted avis, but it keeps going on and on. I will not stop until it is cleared up.
