Do not book trip insurance offered through this company. If flight is delay by weather you get stuck in airport for 48 hours. I had a flight that was delayed for at least 2 days because of a storm originating in Dallas and moving down to Austin toward Houstin. Air traffic was disrupted for several days because they either couldn't fly out of Austin or land in Houston. I have a rare cancer and was scheduled for medical tests in Houston the day... Read more

I currently have 7 tickets booked for family members through cheapo, I will never use them again, horrible customer service Unhelpful agents. They are theives who only care about their commission and not their customers. Because of agent error my whole family trip is now ruin. On its website, Cheap O Air promises full refunds. So far, despite numerous phone calls, they have refused. Now, they are demanding that I send them a doctor's note stating that I cannot travel on the date my original flight was on! I do not see any justification for this. Worst company to deal with!! They don't want to refund me back $950.00 since their employee made a mistake and didn't process the reservation correctly and refund correctly I'm held accountable for it! Billed twice. On hold for 20 minutes and had to call back three times as I was cut off. Tried the online chat service; cut off once. CheapOair is a SCAM based on my first & only experience with them over the past 24 hrs. I booked (or so I thought) my flight to France for July 2016 & soon after received an email that my credit card had been declined. I called my credit card company & they confirmed that was not true.
