Never use this company, full of cheating, customer service very rude!!! By mistake I booked two adult tickets at 11:00 PM. On the next day at 2:00 PM (well within 24 hours) I called them to make changes. I was told that I have to pay the penalty of $200 each because it was not on the same day. I purchased two round trip tickets from San Diego to Bora Bora for our honeymoon. We board the plane in SAN and fly to LAX, we go to check in with Air Tahiti Nui and we are told that we cancelled our flights to Tahiti. They seemed very helpful when booking my hotel but when I needed to contact them to cancel it was IMPOSSIBLE. I have spent almost 24 hours trying to get help. Just more HOLD TIME. Never again!!!! Add comment

Pressured to book flights. Told only 2 seats left. Booked tickets, but was not told and did not not authorize service fees of $285 in addition. The CheapOAir was the worst experience in Canada. Namely, I booked the ticket and within the first 24 hours there was a need to change in my flight. CheapOAir charged 241CAD for the change within first 24 hours under the excuse that the change fair could be less expensive if I have called the day when I bought the ticket. After I purchased my tickets a week later I started getting calls from all over the country. They would call at 4am-6pm. I registed on the do not call list and I'm STILL getting these calls! Also, you are not guaranteed your seat when you buy these tickets. You are not assigned a seat and are put on the over flow list. I booked the tickets cheapoair online. I called the CS for extra charge and the answer is service change for the online service. Cheapoair the worst ever!!!! Purchased a round ticked was missspelled and wasn't able to get corrected so I wasn't able to board the plane and on top of that they didn't fully refunded me plane ticket was436 and getting back 136 man really up set so guys cheapo air sucks!!!!!!! Add comment

Worse company EVER! Was charged 3 times different amounts to my credit card for the same tickets. Trying to get through to someone is impossible. Hung up on over 6 times while being transferred, sat on hold for 28mins and then call was disconnected. Have spent hours trying to get through to someone for over 2 days. Frustrating! Don't use!
