I had to change my flights but called within an hour of making the reservation. I was not made aware of the $98 fee. When I called they said it was necessary to make the changes. Had I made it directly with the airline, I could have cancelled the entire flight and started over with no fees. I only became aware of the fee when it hit my credit card called, "transfer fee". Booked my first flight and picked a date .Didnt realize hit the alternate date on my phone.Flight date was important due to emergency !!!!! I arrived on Nov. 18th for a flight out that day to go back to work.
